The City by the Sea Property Owners Association board of directors welcomes you to our new Web page.  We’ve developed this site as another way to communicate with our residents. We hope you will participate by sending suggestions, questions, and issues of concern via e-mail or by posting in the community news. Your input and suggestions are appreciated.

POA board meeting minutes, governance documents, newsletters, deed restrictions, announcements, etc., are available to all property owners.  The board’s business philosophy makes all POA business, issues, finances and activities transparent, and available on a timely basis to all owners.

We look forward to hearing from you and we hope you will consider volunteering to help your community by serving on a committee or helping with a special project.
